Weight Loss is all About Burning Calories

Many people try to lose weight by simply dieting or replacing full meals supplements of one sort or another. It is a simple set of resistance exercises and good old fashioned calisthenics combined with running or jogging that burns the calories and helps you lose weight.

Begin with a full stretching routine to loosen your muscles, tendons and especially hamstrings before you take off.
• Once you are loose and ready, begin with 10 repetitions each of jumping-jacks, sit-ups, push-ups and deep knee bends. (the type and number is up to you; try to do the exercises on a four-count).
• Begin running at a comfortable pace, at each quarter-mile mark, stop and do three minutes of exercises. (Your choice, just keep your heart rate up that’s how you’ll burn calories which leads to fast weight loss).
• Try to eventually work up to at least a three-mile run.


You will want to start slowly and build in number of exercises and repetitions along with run distance as you get stronger.
